given.....

$( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{45} \times ( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{ - 60} - ( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{28} \times ( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{43}$

We know》

$x {}^{a} \times x {}^{b} = x {}^{a + b}$

$( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{45 - 60} - ( \frac{1}{5}) {}^{28 + 43}$

$( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{ - 15} - ( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{73}$

we know》

$x {}^{ - y} = \frac{1}{x {}^{y} }$

$5 {}^{15} - ( \frac{1}{5} ) {}^{73}$
