We've got the CGS units to work with, so here we go.
100gm = 10⁻¹ kg
10cm = 10⁻¹ m
30sec = 3*10¹ sec
now the Dimensional formula of work is M¹L²T⁻² ,
in this system [W] = M¹L²T⁻² = (10⁻¹ M)¹ (10⁻¹ L)² (3*10¹ T)⁻²
= 10*10⁻¹⁻²⁻² *1/9 M¹L²T⁻²
= 10⁴ * 1/9 M¹L²T⁻²
it's the value of 1 unit in the system that we are told about, now 1J=10⁴ *1/9
➣ 10J= 10⁵ * 1/9 unit
Hope it helped. ^^
