If ( x - 1/x ) = 6 ,

then , ( x² + 1/x² ) = ?

=> ( x - 1/x ) = 6

Square both sides ,

=> ( x² + 1/x² - 2(x)(1/x) ) = 36

=> x² + 1/x² = 36 + 2 = 38

Hence the answer is 38

Answer is 38.75 or we can say 39 or 40 in round figer.....
