  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of x.

       Given data- 2x-1=?

       To find the value of given terms.

       Solution:-

       \Rightarrow x+6=2\\\Rightarrow x=2-6\\\Rightarrow x=-4.

       Then, we substiute the value of x in the given terms.

       \Rightarrow 2x-1\\\Rightarrow 2\times(-4)-1\\\Rightarrow -8-1=-9.

Here we have to find the value of 2x−1

We are also given another equation x+6=2.

  • So, first of all, we will find the value of 'x' from this equation.

        x+6=2

           x = 2-6

            x= -4

  • Now putting the value of 'x' in the required equation

       2x−1 = 2(-4) -1

                = -8-1

                = -9

The value of the expression 2x−1 will be -9
