Question:  {3}^{ - 3}  \times  {10}^{ - 3}

Solution:

by using the exponent rule that is,  {a}^{n}  \times  {b}^{n}  =  ({a \times b})^{n}  = ( {ab})^{n}

=>  {3}^{ - 3}  \times  {10}^{ - 3}  =  ({3 \times 10})^{ - 3}

=> {30}^{ - 3}  = ( \frac{1}{30})^{3}  =  \frac{1}{27000}  =  {27000}^{ - 1}
