 \Large \fbox \red {Answer \: :}

 =  > 3 \sqrt{4x}  - 7 - 5 = 0

  3  \sqrt{4}  \sqrt{x}  - 12 = 0

 3 \times 2 \sqrt{x}  - 12 = 0

 6 \sqrt{x}   = 12

 \sqrt{x}  = 12 \div 6

 \sqrt{x}  = 2

x =  {2}^{2}

x = 4

 \therefore The answer is 4.
