You just need a LCM, by that, you can reach a easy conclusion, (Negative sign, do speak the trouble):

\frac{-3 \times 11 - (6 \times 7)}{77} - \frac{8}{21}

Stuck? "LCM" is "77"..

\frac{-33 - (42)}{77} - \frac{8}{21}

\frac{-75}{77} - \frac{8}{21}

LCM, is? "231".. Yes, you get it:

\frac{-75 \times 3 - (8 \times 11)}{231}

\frac{-225 - 88}{231}

\frac{-313}{231}

Well. You got the answer, already.
