We have,

\sqrt{3}^{-2}

 To  \: find, \:  the \:  value \:  of \sqrt{3}^{-2}=?

∴ \sqrt{3}^{-2}

=\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{3}^{2}}

a^{-m} =\dfrac{1}{a^{m}}

=\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{3}\times \sqrt{3}}=

=\dfrac{1}{3}

∵ \sqrt{3} \times\sqrt{3}=3
