  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

             Given data:- x=2.

             To find:- Value of above expression 3x^{2} -5x+4.

             Solution:-

  • To solve the above equation we will follow the BODMAS rule.
  • BODMAS is a order of mathematic oprations.
  • BODMAS rule is to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics. It stands for,

           B= bracket

           O= order of power or rules

           D= division

           M= multiplication

           A= addition

           S= subtraction

          Now put the value of x in the given equation we get,

           3x^{2} -5x+4\\=>3(2)^{2} -5(2)+4\\=>12-10+4\\=>2+4\\=>6.

         Hence we will get the value is 6.

Answer :

  • The value of 3x² - 5x + 4 is 6

Given :

  • 3x² - 5x + 4 at x = 2

To find :

  • Value of expression

Solution :

↬ 3x² - 5x + 4

↬ x = 2

↬ p(2) = 3(2)² - 5(2) + 4

↬ 3(2)² - 5(2) + 4

↬ 3 × 4 - 10 + 4

↬ 12 - 10 + 4

↬ 2 + 4

↬ 6

Hence,

The value of 3x² - 5x + 4 is 6.
