then
3x+2x=180° (linear pair),

5x=180°,

then

x=180°/5=36°,

therefore

3x=3×36°=108°,

2x=2×36°=72°

Therefore their sum is 180°.

2x + 3x = 180
5x = 180
x = 180 / 5
x = 36°

2x = 2 x 36
=> 72°
3x = 3 × 36
