$= 4 \times ( \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3}} {)}^{2} - 16 \times ( \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} } {)}^{2} \\ = 4 \times \frac{4}{3} - 16 \times \frac{1}{3 } \\ = \frac{16}{3} - \frac{16}{3} \\ = 0$
