4m =  \frac{1}{2}  - 0.5

4m =  \frac{1 - 1}{2}

4m =  \frac{0}{2}

4m = 0

m =  \frac{0}{4}

m = 0

Note : If the numerator is 0, then the entire fraction becomes zero, no matter what the denominator is
