= (2x)² + (y)² + (- 5z)² + 2x × 2y + 2 × y × -5z + 2 × -5z × 2x
= (2x + y - 5z)²

= (2 × 4 + 3 - 5 × 2)²
= (8 + 3 - 10)²
= (11 - 10)²
= (- 1)²
= 1
