To find the sum of any fraction we need same denominators. But there are different denominators. So firstly we'll find the LCM of denominators and then we'll do their sum!!

\huge\mathscr\purple{Here\:we\:go}

\huge\frac{5}{12} +  \frac{7}{9}

\huge =  \frac{5 \times 3}{12 \times 3}  =  \frac{15}{36}

\huge\frac{7 \times 4}{9 \times 4} =  \frac{28}{36}

\huge =  \frac{15}{36}  +  \frac{28}{36}

\huge=  \frac{43}{36} = 1 \frac{7}{36}

\huge\mathbf\orange {= 1 \frac{7}{36} is \: your \: answer}
