 \frac{ {5}^{ - 1} \times  {2}^{  - 1}  }{ {6}^{ - 1} }  =  \frac{( {5 \times 2})^{ - 1} }{ {6}^{ - 1} } =  \frac{ {10}^{ - 1} }{ {6}^{ - 1} }

So now, we have

 {( \frac{10}{6} })^{ - 1}  =  \frac{6}{10}

We used the following laws of exponents to solve this question

 {a}^{m}  \times  {b}^{m}  =  ({ab})^{m}

And

 {( \frac{a}{b} })^{ - m}  =   {( \frac{b}{a} })^{m}
