  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

            Given data:- m=2

            To find:- Value of the expression 6m2-3m+4.

            Solution:-

  • To solve the above equation we will follow the BODMAS rule.
  • It is the rule used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

          where,

        \begin{array}{l}\mathrm{B}=\text{brackets}\\\mathrm{O}=\text { order of powers or rules } \\\mathrm{D}=\text { division } \\\mathrm{M}=\text { multiplication } \\\mathrm{A}=\text { addition } \\\mathrm{S}=\text { subtraction }\end{array}

          Therefore,

        6m2-3m+4\\=(6)(2)(2)-(3)(2)+4 \\=(12)(2)-(3)(2)+4 \\=24-(3)(2)+4 \\=24-6+4 \\=18+4 \\=22

      Hence we will get the value 22.

From the data given in the question,

We have to find the value of the expression.

From the data,

It is given that,

6m^2-3m+4

Here, we have to find the value of the expression when the value of m = 2

For finding the value of the expression we will put 2 in place of m and determine the value of obtained expression by using BODMAS.

As we know that,

As per BODMAS rule,

We have,

\begin{array}{l}\mathrm{B}=\text{brackets}\\\mathrm{O}=\text { order of powers or rules } \\\mathrm{D}=\text { division } \\\mathrm{M}=\text { multiplication } \\\mathrm{A}=\text { addition } \\\mathrm{S}=\text { subtraction }\end{array}

Therefore the value of the expression will be,

6m^2-3m+4\\=(6)(2)(2)-(3)(2)+4 \\=(12)(2)-(3)(2)+4 \\=24-(3)(2)+4 \\=24-6+4 \\=18+4 \\=22

Hence we will get the value of the expression as 22.
