Explanation:

 \sqrt{8}  \times 3 \times  \sqrt{2}

Here ,√8 can be further split into 2×2×2

which can be written as:

Note : Here 2 is occuring three times so paired 2 comes out of the roots and single value 2 remains inside the root.

 =  >  \sqrt{{\underbrace{2 \times 2 }}\times 2}  \times 3 \times  \sqrt{2}

 =  > 2 \sqrt{2}  \times 3 \times  \sqrt{2}

Concept :

=>when roots are multiply two times its roots gets remove and we obtain a single value which is inside the roots.

 =  >  \sqrt{2}  \times  \sqrt{2}  \times 2 \times 3

 =  > 2 \times 2 \times 3 = 4 \times 3 = 12

Thus ,our answer is 12.
