now apply values in given place

=(8x+y)^3= 8x^3+y^3+3×8x×y(8x-y)

=512x^3+y^3+24xy(8x-y)

as given here, xy =1

512x^3+y^3+24×1=24(8x-y)

512x^3+y^3+192x-24y
