In order to solve the numerical you should had to made the equation:-

So

 \\  \\

As the opposite angle of the parallelogram are equal so

 =   > 5b + 6 = 8a - 10 \\  =  > 8a - 5b = 10 + 6 \\  =  > 8a - 5b = 16

_____________(1)

 \\  \\

Also

The sum of the angle of parallelogram are equal so

 =  > 5b + 6 + 4a - 8 + 4a - 8 + 8a - 10 = 360 \\  =  > 5b + 16a - 20 = 360 \\  =  > 16a + 5b = 380

_______________(2)

Add (1) and (2)

 =  > 24a = 396 \\  =  > a = 16.5

Therefore

 \\  \\  \\

 =  > 16(16.5) + 5b = 360 \\  =  > 264 + 5b = 360 \\  =  > 5b = 96 \\  =  > b = 19.2

So The Values Are

.

.

a=16.5

b=19.2
