It's a PARELLEOGRAM

*: (4a-8)+(8a-10)=90°

*: 12a-18=90

*:12a=90+18

*:a=108/12

*:a=9

now

*:(5b+6)=(8a-10)

*:5b+6=72-10

*:5b=62-6

*:b=56÷5

*:=11.2
