so here at first we to take the RHS side that is the (5+root3)/(5-root3)

=(5+root3)^2/(5)^2-(root3)^2

=(5)^2+(root3)^2 +(2)(5)(root3)/(25-3)

=25+3+10root3/22

=28+10root3/22

now we to compare it with LHS side.By which we will get

a=28

b=10
