Given (2+√3)/(2 -√3) = a + b√3
Multiply and divide with (2 -√3)

On comparing both the sides, we get
a= 7 and b = 4

3+root2 * 3 + root2 / 3 -root2 * 3 + root2 ( rationalization)
3^2 + root2^2 + 3*2*root2 / 3^2 - root2^2
9 + 4 + 6root2/ 9 - 2
13+6root2/7
a =13/7 b= 6 (on equating both parts of rational and irrational parts )
