5 -  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}  +  \sqrt{3}  = a + b \sqrt{3}  \\ 10 -  \sqrt{3}  + 2 \sqrt{3}  = 2a + 2b \sqrt{3}  \\ 10 +  \sqrt{3}  = 2a + 2b \sqrt{3}  \\  \\ by \: compairing \\ 2a = 10 \\ a = 5 \\  \\ 2b \sqrt{3}  =  \sqrt{3}  \\ b =  \frac{1}{2}
