find the value of A and B that would make the quadrilateral a parallelogram

For the given quadrilateral to be parallelogram, the diagonals should bisect each other.

ie, 2a = 3b - 5

5b - 7 = 3b + 6

2b = 13

b = 6.5

a = 7.25
