❥ Question :

Find the value of a,b,c and d if  :

  • a+b+c+d=4
  • a+c-d=1
  • b-c+d=1
  • a+d=2

❥ Answer :

a = 1, b = 1, c = 1, d = 1

❥ Explanation :

Let us solve this by using Trial and Error method

☯ In case of a,b,c,d :

If a = 0,b = 0,c = 0,d = 0 :

Then :

a + b + c + d = 4

0 + 0 + 0 + 0 = 4  ❌

We can quit this number here only.

If a = 1,b = 1,c = 1,d = 1 :

Then :

a + b + c + d = 4

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 ✅

#Lets move forward...

a + c - d = 1

1 + 1 - 1 = 1 ✅

#Continue..

b - c + d = 1

1 - 1 + 1 = 1 ✅

#Try with Final one..

a + d = 2

1 + 1 = 2 ✅

Hence "1" is satisfying all the values

∴ The values of of a = 1, b = 1, c = 1, d = 1
