If ( x -1) is factor of a^2x - 4ax + 4a - 1 , then it satisfy the equation.
x = 1
Put the value of x in the equation, we get
a^2(1) - 4.1 a + 4a - 1 = 0
a^2 - 1 = 0
a^2 = 1
a = 1
