Answer:(x+2a) is a factor of given polynomial

So x=-2a

X-4x+2x+2a+3

=-x+2a+3

Putting x=-2a we get

=2a+2a+3=0

=4a+3=0

4a=-3

a=-3/4

Hope it helps you
