Hey mate Your ans is here.....

Given That:-

3x + 4y = a.......(i)

and,

x = 2y.........(ii)

y = 1..........(iii)

from eq....(i) and (ii)

x = 2..............(iv)

Now,

3x + 4y = a

3*2 + 4*1 = a

a = 6 + 4

a = 10✅✅✔✔✔✅✅
