here is your answer by Sujeet,
f(x)=x-a=0
x=a

Now putting the value of x,

f(x). x³-ax²+2x+a-1=0
f(a). a³-a.a²+2.a+a-1=0
=}. a³-a³+3a-1=0
=} 3a-1=0
=}. 3a=1
=}. a=1/3

F(x)=x+6=0
x=-6

f(x). x³+3x²+4x+a=0
f(-6). (-6)³+3(-6)²+4.-6+a=0
=}. -216+108-24+a=0
=}. -216+108-24+a=0
={ a=216+24-108
=}. a= 240-108
