HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MATE......;

eq {}^{n}  =  > 3y = ax + 7

Put x= 2 ,y = -3 ( as given in question )

 =  > 3( - 3) = 2a + 7

 =  >  - 9 - 7 = 2a

 =  > a =   \frac{ - 16}{2}

 =  > a =  - 8
