Find the value of a, if 2x + 3 is a factor of 6x + 19x + 13

Answer:

6×(-2/3)³ +19×(-2/3)² +13×(-2/3)+a=0,

6×-8/27 +19×4/9 -26/3 +a=0,

a=16/9 - 76/9 +26/3,

a=(16-76+78)/9,

a=18/9,

then

a=2
