Considering that these are angles of a quadrilateral 66a+27a+31a+56a=360
180a=360
a=2
66a= 66×2=132
27a=27×2=54
31a=31×2 62
56a=56×2=112

Suppose these are internal angles of a quadrilateral.
So according to angle sum property of a quadrilateral...

66a + 27a + 31a + 56a = 360

180a = 360

a = 2
