Answer:-

x+2=0

x=-2

Substituting -2 in place of x

4(-2)^4+2(-2)^3-3(-2)^2+8(-2)+5a=0

4(16)+2(-8)-3(4)-16+5a=0

64-16-12-16+5a=0

20+5a=0

5a=-20

a=-20/5

a=-4

Answer:

p(x)=x+2

g(x)=4x^4+2x^3-3x^2+8x+5a

zeroes of g(x)

x+2=0

x=0-2

x= (-2)

so,p(-2)=4×(-2)^4+2×(-2)^3-3×(-2)^2+8×(-2)+5a

=4×16+2×(-8)-3×4-16+5a

=64-16-12-16+5a

=48-12-16+5a

=36-16+5a

=20+5a

Value of a

20+5a=0

5a=0-20

5a=(-20)

a=(-20)÷5

a=(-4)

That solve
