Find the value of a, if (x-a) is a factor of polynomial,x^4 - a^2-x^2+3x-6a

(x-a)=0
x=a
p(a)=x^4-a^2-x^2+3x-6a
      =a^4-a^2-a^2+3a-6a
       =3a-6a
       =-3a
now,
-3a=0
a=1/3
