find the value of a, if (x-a) is a factor of x³-3a²x+x+2

x³-3a²x+x+2=0

x⁴-3a²= -2

-3a²=-2-x⁴

3a²= -x⁴+2

a²= -x⁴+2/3

a= -x⁴+2/3 root
