GIVEN :-

 {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  = 25

a + b = 7

ab =  ?

⭐️ SOLUTION :-

Taking equation___a + b = 7

on squaring both the sides...

(a + b) ^{2}  =  {7}^{2}

 {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  + 2ab = 49

25 + 2ab = 49

2ab = 49 - 25

ab =  \frac{24}{2}

ab = 12
