tan 60 ° = AD/CD

√3 = AD/20

AD = 20√3cm

AD = 20 × 1.73

AD = 34.6 cm

Answer:I think 34.6 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Since angle bac = 60

Angle cad will be 90-60=30

In triangle adc

tan30=DC/ad

Tan30=1/root3

:.1/root3=dc/ad

When we cross multiply....

Ad = 20*root3

I.e

Ad=20*1.73

Ad=34.6
