In triangle PQS

as PS = QS

so angle QPS = angle PQS

then, angle ( PQS + QPS + PSQ ) = 180 [ANGLE SUM PROPERTY]

so 40 +40 + PSQ = 180

80 + PSQ = 180

PSQ = 180-80

PSQ = 100

THEREFORE, angle b = 100
