b = 100°, c = 60°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

a = 40°

∠SQR = 40°

PS = QS

⇒∠SPQ = ∠PQS a (Angle opposite to equal sides are always equal)

In ΔPQS

∠PQS + ∠QSP +∠SPQ = 180° (Angle sum property of a triangle)

a + a + b = 180°

2a + b = 180°

2 × 40° + b = 180°

80° + b = 180°

b = 180° - 80°

b = 100°

Now,In ΔPQS,

∠P + ∠Q +∠R = 180° (Angle sum property of a triangle)

a + a + 40° + c = 180°

40° + 40° +40° +c =180°

120° + c =180°

c = 180° - 120°

c = 60°
