Answer:

a=4, b= -2c-1 c=1

b^2-4ac=0

(-2c-1)^2 -4(4)(1)=0

4c^2+1+4c-16=0

4c^2+4c-15=0

4c^2+10c-6c-15=0

2c(2c+5)-3(2c+5)=0

(2c-3)(2c+5)=0

c=3/2 or c= -5/2
