6 ohm and 4 ohm are connected in parallel
Rp=24/10=2.4 ohm
2.4 ohm and 1.6 ohm are connected in series
Rs=4 ohm
Net current flowing through the circuit
I = E /R= 6/4=1.5A(A1)
voltage of across 1.6 ohm
V = 1.5×1.6=2.4 V
In order to find the current flowing through 6 ohm and 4 ohm resistor

I (6ohm)=3/5×1.5=0.9 A(A 2)
I (4ohm)=2/5×1.5=0.6A(A3)
