 {cos}^{2} 45 +  {tan}^{2} 60

cos(1/√2)^2+tan(√3)^2

=> (1/√2 x 1/√2) + (√3 x √3)

=> (1/2)+(3)

=(1+6/3)

=> 7/2

=> 3.5
