The value of given expression is -3

Solution:

Given that,

f(x) = 2x^2 + 7x + 3

We have to find the value of above expression at x = -2

Substitute x = -2 in f(x) and find the value

From given,

f(x) = 2x^2 + 7x + 3\\\\f(-2) = 2(-2)^2 + 7(-2) + 3\\\\f(-2) = 2 \times 4 - 14 + 3 \\\\f(-2) = 8 - 11\\\\f(-2) = -3

Thus the value of given expression is -3
