M = 6×10^24kg

R =6400 km

= 6400×1000 =6.4×10^6 m

h = 400 km

= 400×1000 m

= 4×10^5 m

g=GM/(R+h)^2

= (6.67×10^-11 × 6×10^24)/ (6.4×10^6+4×10^5)

= (40.02×10^13)/(6.4+0.4)×10^6

= (40.02/6.8)×10^7

= 5.88×10^7 N.
