Find the value of (i) 4 sin 30° + 5 tan 45°

4 \sin(30)  + 5 \tan(45)  \\ =  \frac{4}{2}  + 5 \times 1 \\  =  7

since \:  \sin(30)  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\ and \:  \tan(45)  = 1 \\  \\ therefore \\  \\ 4 \sin(30)  + 5 \tan(45)  \\  \\  = 4 \times  \frac{1}{2}  + 1  \times 5\\  \\  = 2 \times 1 + 5\\  \\  = 2 + 5 \\  \\  = 7 \\  \\ hope \: it \: helps.......
