solution

(1) sin (15°) = sin ( 45° - 30° )

= Sin 45° cos 30° - cos 45° sin30°

= 1/√2 * √3/2 - 1/√2 * 1/2

=(√3 -1)/2√2

(2) cos(15°) = cos (45° - 30° )

= cos 45° cos 45° + sin 45° sin45°

= 1/√2 * √3/2 + 1/√2 * 1/2

= √3/2√2 +. 1/2√2

= √3 + 1 / 2√2

cos (15°) = ( √3 + 1/2√2 )

(3) tan (15°) = sin 15° / cos15°

= (√3 - 1 ) / 2√2/ (√3 - 1 ) /2√2

= √3 - 1 / √3 + 1

tan (15°) = (√3 - 1 )²/2
