For second two resistors, R3 and R4=2+1=3 ohm
Now, we have two resistors which are formed by using R1, R2, R3, and R4 resistors,
Using parallel combination ,
1/R=1/R1+1/R2+1/R3+1/R4
= 1/3+1/3
=2/3
Now, using ohm's Law
V=IR
5=I x 2/3
I= 5*3/2
=15/2 Ampere
