find the value of k for the quadratic equation 2x square + kx + 3 is equals to zero​

Answer:

 {2x}^{2}  + k x + 3 = 0

comparing this with :-

 {ax}^{2}  + bx + c   = 0

a=2, b=1, =3

b

b^{2}  - 4ac

(1X1) -4X2X3

=1-4X6

=1-24

=-23

therefore k=-23
