=kx+2y-4=0

=8x+ky-11=0

=here;

a1=k, b1=2, c1=(-4)

a2=8, b2=k, c2=(-11)

so,k/8≠2/k

cross multiply k with k and 8 with 2

=k²≠16

=k≠√16

=k≠4
