Answer : 1

Given that : Equation x²–2x+k has real root

Then, the property will qualify : b²–4ac = 0

Here, a = 1, b = –2 and c = k

Now, putting the value of a, b and c in property :

 {( - 2)}^{2} - 4(1)(k) = 0 \\ \\ = > 4 - 4k = 0 \\ \\ = > 4k = 4 \\ \\ = > k = 1

So, the value of k will be 1
